Welcome to Align Matrimony. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Align Matrimony website and application ("App") and your membership. By using the website and App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. Align Matrimony reserves the right to change this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Membership and admission privileges are reserved.
These Terms of Use are published in accordance with the provisions of the ICT Act.
1. Acceptance of Terms of Use Agreement
To use Align Matrimony, registration via mobile is required. You must agree to the legally binding provisions of this Agreement which is an electronic contract to use the App.
For the purposes of this Agreement, "Member" refers to a person who voluntarily submits information to the App, regardless of whether they use the Service as a free or paid Member. All individuals who complete their biodata and activate their profile can view other biodatas.
By using the App, you consent to the collection, processing, display, and use of your personally identifiable information, including sensitive data such as professional information and identity proofs. If you object to the collection or processing of your personal information, please do not register with our App.
2. Eligibility
- Age Requirement: You must be of legal age to marry under Bangladeshi law to register as a Member of Align Matrimony. This means you must be at least 18 years old if you are female and at least 21 years old if you are male.
- Purpose: The App is solely for personal use to facilitate marital alliances between legally eligible individuals. Membership is void where prohibited.
- Legal Compliance: By using this App, you represent and warrant that you have the right, consent, authority, and legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and are not prohibited by any applicable law or court order from entering into matrimony.
- Intention: You confirm that you intend to seek a life partner and will not use this App for casual dating or commercial purposes. Align Matrimony reserves the right to terminate your membership without refund if you violate these terms.
- Profile Display: By using this App, you authorize us to show your biodata to other marriage-seeking Members.
3. Account Security
You are responsible for all activities under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach involving your account. Ensure you log out at the end of each session.
4. Terms and Conditions
- Effectiveness: This Agreement remains effective as long as you use our App.
- Termination: Align Matrimony may terminate your access or membership for any reason, including breach of terms, unauthorized commercial use, or inappropriate activity. No refunds will be given for terminated memberships.
5. Non-Commercial Use by Members
The App is intended for personal use to promote profiles for marital purposes and cannot be used for commercial endeavors. Unauthorized commercial use, including framing or linking to the App, will result in appropriate legal action.
6. Other Terms of Use for Members
- Account Review: Align Matrimony reserves the right to review and block access to accounts based on activity and status.
- Multiple Biodatas: Members may not have multiple biodatas. Any found will be deactivated without prior notice.
- Accuracy of Information: You must provide true and accurate information and not impersonate others. Misuse of content from Align Matrimony for commercial purposes is prohibited and will result in legal action.
- Respectful Interaction: You must interact with other Members respectfully and must not use the Services to harass any Member. Misuse of information obtained from the App to harass, abuse, or harm others is prohibited.
- Content Ownership: You certify that the content, information, and personal data you have supplied are true and accurate. Align Matrimony maintains the right to take any actions it deems necessary to safeguard Align Matrimony and/or its Members from any misuse or exploitation.
7. Ownership of Content on Align Matrimony
All property rights in the App and Service are owned by Align Matrimony. You may not copy, edit, publish, transmit, or distribute any proprietary material without permission. Align Matrimony reserves the right to take legal action for any breaches.
8. Copyright Guidelines
Do not post, distribute, or reproduce any copyrighted content without the owner's authorization.
9. Interaction with Other Members & Member Disputes
You are responsible for your interactions with other Members. Align Matrimony may monitor disputes but is not obligated to intervene. Align Matrimony disclaims responsibility for transactions or interactions between Members.
10. Privacy
Use of the App and Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we protect your privacy and handle your personal data.
11. Disclaimers
- Member Content and Activity Responsibility: Align Matrimony is not responsible for inaccurate content posted by Members or any activity of Members, whether online or offline.
- Service Interruptions: Align Matrimony disclaims liability for errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays, unauthorized access, or alterations of communications.
- Matchmaking: Matching biodatas exchanged through the App are not marriage offers or recommendations from Align Matrimony.
- No Guarantees: Align Matrimony makes no guarantees regarding the usage of the App or the results of using the Service.
- Liability for Loss: Align Matrimony is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of the App or Service.
- Illegal Content: Align Matrimony does not assume responsibility for illegal content posted by Members.
- Content Liability: Liability for content posted by Members rests with the individual posting the content. Align Matrimony reserves the right to claim damages from such individuals.
12. Limitation on Liability
Align Matrimony is not liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App or Service. Align Matrimony's liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the Service during the term of membership.
13. Subscription Plans
Basic Plan
- Time Limit: N/A
- Send Interest Limit: 5 interests
- Once members reach this limit, they can no longer send new requests but can still accept incoming requests until they reach 2 matches.
- Matching Limit: 2 matches
- Once this limit is reached, members cannot send or accept any more requests.
- Access Profile:
- Members can access basic profiles, where many details are hidden.
- Members can search profiles until they reach the limit of 5 interests and 2 matches.
- After matching, members can access the full profile.
- Profile Visibility:
- If a member does not use the app for the last 20 days, their live status will automatically turn off. It will make them invisible to other users.
- If a member reaches the limit of 5 interests and 2 matches, their live status will automatically turn off. To turn it on again, they need to upgrade to the Standard or Standard Plus plan.
- Price: Free
Standard Plan
- Time Limit: 3 months
- If the 3-month period expires and matches are still available, these remaining matches will be carried over to the new plan upon renewal.
- Send Interest Limit: 90 interests
- Once members reach this limit, they can no longer send new requests but can still accept incoming requests until they reach 15 matches.
- Matching Limit: 15 matches
- If members reach the matching limit of 15 matches before the time expires, they must purchase a new plan to continue sending and accepting requests. Unused time from the previous plan will not carry over.
- Access Profile:
- Members can access detailed profiles, with some information hidden.
- Members can search profiles until the time limit expires.
- After matching, members can access the full profile.
- Profile Visibility:
- If a member does not use the app for the last 20 days, their live status will automatically turn off. It will make them invisible to other users.
- If a member reaches the time limit, their live status will automatically be turned off. To reactivate it, they must renew their Standard plan or upgrade to the Standard Plus plan.
- Price: 2,990 TK
Standard Plus Plan
- Time Limit: 6 months
- If the 6-month period expires and matches are still available, these remaining matches will be carried over to the new plan upon renewal.
- Send Interest Limit: 180 interests
- Once members reach this limit, they can no longer send new requests but can still accept incoming requests until they reach 30 matches.
- Matching Limit: 30 matches
- If members reach the matching limit of 30 matches before the time expires, they must purchase a new plan to continue sending and accepting requests. Unused time from the previous plan will not carry over.
- Access Profile:
- Members can access detailed profiles, with some information hidden.
- Members can search profiles until the time limit expires.
- After matching, members can access the full profile.
- Profile Visibility:
- If a member does not use the app for the last 20 days, their live status will automatically turn off. It will make them invisible to other users.
- If a member reaches the time limit, their live status will automatically be turned off. To reactivate it, they can either purchase the Standard plan or renew the Standard Plus plan.
- Price: 5,900 TK
14. Jurisdiction
By using the App, you agree that any disputes will be governed by Bangladeshi law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bangladesh.
By registering with Align Matrimony and using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not register.
This Agreement is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2008, and does not require physical or digital signatures.
নিয়মাবলী ও শর্তাবলী
এলাইন ম্যাট্রিমনি পরিষেবায় স্বাগতম। এই নিয়মাবলী ও শর্তাবলী আপনার এলাইন ম্যাট্রিমনি ওয়েবসাইট এবং অ্যাপ্লিকেশন ("অ্যাপ") ব্যবহার এবং আপনার সদস্যপদ নিয়ন্ত্রণ করে। ওয়েবসাইট এবং অ্যাপটি ব্যবহার করে, আপনি এই চুক্তি দ্বারা আবদ্ধ হতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন। এলাইন ম্যাট্রিমনি এই চুক্তি পূর্বে নিশ্চিত না করে যেকোনো সময় পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে। সদস্যপদ এবং ভর্তি সুবিধা সংরক্ষিত।
এই ব্যবহার শর্তাবলী আইসিটি আইনের সাথে সঙ্গতি রেখে প্রকাশিত হয়েছে।
১. ব্যবহারের নিয়মাবলী চুক্তির সম্মতি
এলাইন ম্যাট্রিমনি ব্যবহার করতে, মোবাইলের মাধ্যমে নিবন্ধন করা আবশ্যক। আপনাকে অ্যাপটি ব্যবহার করতে এই চুক্তির আইনি কার্যকরী বিধানাবলীতে সম্মত হতে হবে, যা একটি ইলেকট্রনিক চুক্তি।
এই চুক্তির ক্ষেত্রে, "সদস্য" সেই ব্যক্তিকে নির্দেশ করে, যিনি স্বেচ্ছায় অ্যাপে তথ্য জমা দেন, তারা বিনামূল্যে বা অর্থপ্রদানকারী সদস্য হিসাবে পরিষেবাটি ব্যবহার করুক না কেন। যেকোনো ব্যক্তি তাদের জীবনীবিবরণী সম্পূর্ণ করলে এবং তাদের প্রোফাইল সক্রিয় করলে অন্যান্য জীবনীবিবরণী দেখতে পারবেন।
অ্যাপটি ব্যবহার করে, আপনি আপনার ব্যক্তিগত সনাক্তযোগ্য তথ্য, পেশাগত তথ্য এবং পরিচয়পত্রের মতো সংবেদনশীল তথ্য সংগ্রহ, প্রক্রিয়াজাতকরণ, প্রদর্শন এবং ব্যবহারে সম্মতি দিচ্ছেন। আপনি যদি আপনার ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য সংগ্রহ বা প্রক্রিয়াজাতকরণের বিরোধিতা করেন, তাহলে দয়া করে আমাদের অ্যাপে নিবন্ধন করবেন না।
২. যোগ্যতা
- বয়সের শর্ত: আপনাকে এলাইন ম্যাট্রিমনি-এর সদস্যপদ নিবন্ধন করতে হলে বাংলাদেশের আইনের অধীনে বিবাহের বৈধ বয়স হতে হবে। এর মানে, যদি আপনি মহিলা হন তবে আপনার বয়স কমপক্ষে ১৮ বছর হতে হবে এবং যদি আপনি পুরুষ হন তবে আপনার বয়স কমপক্ষে ২১ বছর হতে হবে।
- উদ্দেশ্য: অ্যাপটি শুধুমাত্র ব্যক্তিগত ব্যবহারের জন্য এবং বৈধভাবে যোগ্য ব্যক্তিদের মধ্যে বৈবাহিক সম্পর্ক স্থাপনের জন্য। যেখানে নিষিদ্ধ সেখানে সদস্যপদ বাতিল।
- আইনি সম্মতি: এই অ্যাপটি ব্যবহার করে, আপনি ঘোষণা ও নিশ্চয়তা দেন যে আপনার এই চুক্তিতে প্রবেশ করার অধিকার, সম্মতি, কর্তৃত্ব এবং আইনি সক্ষমতা রয়েছে এবং আপনি কোন প্রযোজ্য আইন বা আদালতের আদেশ দ্বারা বিবাহে প্রবেশ করতে নিষিদ্ধ নন।
- অভিপ্রায়: আপনি নিশ্চিত করেন যে আপনি একজন জীবন সঙ্গী খুঁজছেন এবং এই অ্যাপটি নৈমিত্তিক ডেটিং বা বাণিজ্যিক উদ্দেশ্যে ব্যবহার করবেন না। আপনি যদি এই শর্তগুলি লঙ্ঘন করেন, তাহলে এলাইন ম্যাট্রিমনি আপনার সদস্যপদ কোন রিফান্ড ছাড়াই বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
- প্রোফাইল প্রদর্শন: এই অ্যাপটি ব্যবহার করে, আপনি আমাদের অন্যান্য বিবাহ-প্রত্যাশী সদস্যদের কাছে আপনার জীবনীবিবরণী প্রদর্শন করার অনুমতি দেন।
৩. অ্যাকাউন্ট সুরক্ষা
আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের অধীনে সমস্ত কার্যক্রম এবং আপনার লগইন তথ্যের গোপনীয়তা বজায় রাখার জন্য আপনি দায়ী। আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টে অননুমোদিত ব্যবহার বা নিরাপত্তা লঙ্ঘন ঘটলে আমাদের অবিলম্বে জানাতে হবে। প্রতিটি সেশনের শেষে নিশ্চিত করুন যে আপনি লগ আউট করেছেন।
৪. নিয়মাবলী ও শর্তাবলী
- কার্যকারিতা: যতদিন আপনি আমাদের অ্যাপ ব্যবহার করবেন ততদিন এই চুক্তি কার্যকর থাকবে।
- সমাপ্তি: এলাইন ম্যাট্রিমনি যেকোনো কারণে আপনার অ্যাক্সেস বা সদস্যপদ বাতিল করতে পারে, যার মধ্যে নিয়মের লঙ্ঘন, অননুমোদিত বাণিজ্যিক ব্যবহার, বা অনুপযুক্ত কার্যকলাপ অন্তর্ভুক্ত। বাতিলকৃত সদস্যপদের জন্য কোন রিফান্ড দেওয়া হবে না।
৫. সদস্যদের দ্বারা অ-বাণিজ্যিক ব্যবহার
অ্যাপটি ব্যক্তিগত ব্যবহারের জন্য এবং বৈবাহিক উদ্দেশ্যে প্রোফাইল প্রচারের জন্য প্রযোজ্য, এবং বাণিজ্যিক প্রচেষ্টার জন্য ব্যবহার করা যাবে না। অননুমোদিত বাণিজ্যিক ব্যবহার, যার মধ্যে অ্যাপের ফ্রেমিং বা লিঙ্কিং অন্তর্ভুক্ত, উপযুক্ত আইনি পদক্ষেপের দিকে নিয়ে যাবে।
৬. সদস্যদের জন্য অন্যান্য ব্যবহারের শর্তাবলী
- অ্যাকাউন্ট পর্যালোচনা: এলাইন ম্যাট্রিমনি কার্যকলাপ এবং স্থিতির ভিত্তিতে অ্যাকাউন্ট পর্যালোচনা এবং অ্যাক্সেস ব্লক করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
- একাধিক জীবনীবিবরণী: সদস্যরা একাধিক জীবনীবিবরণী রাখতে পারবেন না। কোন একাধিক জীবনীবিবরণী পাওয়া গেলে তা আগাম নোটিশ ছাড়াই নিষ্ক্রিয় করা হবে।
- তথ্যের যথার্থতা: আপনাকে সঠিক এবং সঠিক তথ্য সরবরাহ করতে হবে এবং অন্যদের পরিচয় ধারণ করতে পারবেন না। এলাইন ম্যাট্রিমনির সামগ্রী বাণিজ্যিক উদ্দেশ্যে অপব্যবহার করা নিষিদ্ধ এবং আইনি পদক্ষেপের দিকে নিয়ে যাবে।
- সম্মানজনক মিথস্ক্রিয়া: আপনাকে অন্যান্য সদস্যদের সাথে সম্মানজনকভাবে মিথস্ক্রিয়া করতে হবে এবং কোন সদস্যকে হয়রানি করার জন্য পরিষেবাগুলি ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন না। অ্যাপ থেকে প্রাপ্ত তথ্যের অপব্যবহার করে অন্যদের হয়রানি, নির্যাতন বা ক্ষতি করা নিষিদ্ধ।
- বিষয়বস্তু মালিকানা: আপনি যে সামগ্রী, তথ্য এবং ব্যক্তিগত ডেটা সরবরাহ করেছেন তা সঠিক এবং সঠিক বলে প্রত্যয়ন করেন। এলাইন ম্যাট্রিমনি তার এবং/অথবা তার সদস্যদের যেকোনো অপব্যবহার বা শোষণ থেকে সুরক্ষিত রাখতে প্রয়োজনীয় পদক্ষেপ নেওয়ার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
৭. এলাইন ম্যাট্রিমনিতে বিষয়বস্তুর মালিকানা
অ্যাপ এবং পরিষেবার সমস্ত সম্পত্তির অধিকার এলাইন ম্যাট্রিমনির মালিকানাধীন। অনুমতি ছাড়া আপনি কোন স্বত্বাধিকারযুক্ত সামগ্রী কপি, সম্পাদনা, প্রকাশ, প্রেরণ বা বিতরণ করতে পারবেন না। যেকোনো লঙ্ঘনের জন্য এলাইন ম্যাট্রিমনি আইনি পদক্ষেপ নেওয়ার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
৮. কপিরাইট নির্দেশিকা
মালিকের অনুমতি ছাড়া কোন কপিরাইটযুক্ত সামগ্রী পোস্ট, বিতরণ বা পুনরুত্পাদন করবেন না।
৯. অন্যান্য সদস্যদের সাথে মিথস্ক্রিয়া ও সদস্যদের বিরোধ
অন্য সদস্যদের সাথে আপনার মিথস্ক্রিয়ার জন্য আপনি দায়ী। এলাইন ম্যাট্রিমনি বিরোধগুলি পর্যবেক্ষণ করতে পারে তবে হস্তক্ষেপ করতে বাধ্য নয়। সদস্যদের মধ্যে লেনদেন বা মিথস্ক্রিয়ার জন্য এলাইন ম্যাট্রিমনি কোন দায়িত্ব অস্বীকার করে।
১০. গোপনীয়তা
অ্যাপ এবং পরিষেবার ব্যবহার আমাদের গোপনীয়তা নীতিমালার দ্বারা নিয়ন্ত্রিত, যা আমরা কিভাবে আপনার গোপনীয়তা রক্ষা করি এবং আপনার ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য পরিচালনা করি তা ব্যাখ্যা করে।
১১. ঘোষণা
- সদস্যের বিষয়বস্তু এবং কার্যকলাপের দায়িত্ব: সদস্যদের দ্বারা পোস্ট করা অশুদ্ধ বিষয়বস্তু বা সদস্যদের যেকোনো কার্যকলাপের জন্য, অনলাইনে বা অফলাইনে, এলাইন ম্যাট্রিমনি দায়ী নয়।
- পরিষেবার বিঘ্ন: ত্রুটি, বাদ দেওয়া, ব্যাঘাত, মুছে ফেলা, ত্রুটি, বিলম্ব, অননুমোদিত অ্যাক্সেস বা যোগাযোগের পরিবর্তনের জন্য এলাইন ম্যাট্রিমনি দায় অস্বীকার করে।
- ম্যাচমেকিং: অ্যাপের মাধ্যমে বিনিময় করা জীবনীসমূহ বিবাহের প্রস্তাব বা এলাইন ম্যাট্রিমনির সুপারিশ নয়।
- কোন গ্যারান্টি নেই: অ্যাপের ব্যবহারের বা পরিষেবার ব্যবহারের ফলাফল সম্পর্কে এলাইন ম্যাট্রিমনি কোন গ্যারান্টি দেয় না।
- ক্ষতির জন্য দায়: অ্যাপ বা পরিষেবা ব্যবহারের ফলে কোন ক্ষতি বা ক্ষতির জন্য এলাইন ম্যাট্রিমনি দায়ী নয়।
- অবৈধ বিষয়বস্তু: সদস্যদের দ্বারা পোস্ট করা অবৈধ বিষয়বস্তুর জন্য এলাইন ম্যাট্রিমনি দায়িত্ব নেয় না।
- বিষয়বস্তু দায়: সদস্যদের দ্বারা পোস্ট করা বিষয়বস্তুর দায়িত্ব সেই বিষয়বস্তু পোস্টকারী ব্যক্তির উপর নির্ভর করে। এলাইন ম্যাট্রিমনি সেই ব্যক্তিদের থেকে ক্ষতিপূরণ দাবি করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
১২. দায়িত্বের সীমাবদ্ধতা
এলাইন ম্যাট্রিমনি আপনার অ্যাপ বা পরিষেবার ব্যবহারে উত্থিত কোন পরোক্ষ, অনুবাদী, উদাহরণাত্মক, প্রাক্তন, বিশেষ বা শাস্তিমূলক ক্ষতি জনিত নয়। এলাইন ম্যাট্রিমনির দায়িত্ব সদস্যপদ কালানুযায়ী আপনি দ্বারা পরিষেবার জন্য পরিশোধিত পরিমাণে সীমাবদ্ধ।
১৩. সাবস্ক্রিপশন প্ল্যান
বেসিক প্ল্যান
- সময় সীমা: নেই
- ইন্টারেস্ট প্রেরণ সীমা: ৫ টি ইন্টারেস্ট
- একবার সদস্যরা ইন্টারেস্ট প্রেরণ সীমায় পৌছালে, তারা আর কোনো ইন্টারেস্ট প্রেরণ করতে পারবেন না, কিন্তু ২টি ম্যাচ পূর্ণ হওয়া পর্যন্ত তারা অন্য সদস্যদের অনুরোধ গ্রহণ করতে পারবেন।
- ম্যাচিং সীমা: ২ টি ম্যাচ
- এই সীমা পূরন হলে, সদস্যরা আর কোনও ইন্টারেস্ট প্রেরণ বা গ্রহণ করতে পারবেন না।
- প্রোফাইল অ্যাক্সেস:
- ব্যবহারকারীরা বেসিক প্রোফাইল অ্যাক্সেস করতে পারবেন, যেখানে অনেক বিবরণ গোপন আছে।
- সদস্যরা ৫টি ইন্টারেস্ট এবং ২ টি ম্যাচিং শেষ না হওয়া পর্যন্ত প্রোফাইল অনুসন্ধান করতে পারবেন।
- ম্যাচিং হওয়ার পরে, ব্যবহারকারীরা পূর্ণ প্রোফাইল অ্যাক্সেস করতে পারবেন।
- প্রোফাইল দৃশ্যমানতা:
- যদি কোন সদস্য গত ২০ দিন ধরে অ্যাপটি ব্যবহার না করে, তাহলে তাদের লাইভ স্ট্যাটাস স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে বন্ধ হয়ে যাবে। ফলে, তারা অন্যান্য ব্যবহারকারীদের কাছে অদৃশ্য হয়ে যাবেন।
- যদি কোন সদস্য 5 টি ইন্টারেস্ট এবং 2 টি ম্যাচের সীমা পূরণ করে, তাদের লাইভ স্ট্যাটাস স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে বন্ধ হয়ে যাবে। লাইভ স্ট্যাটাস আবার চালু করতে, তাঁদের স্ট্যান্ডার্ড বা স্ট্যান্ডার্ড প্লাস প্ল্যানে আপগ্রেড করতে হবে।
- মূল্য: বিনামূল্যে
স্ট্যান্ডার্ড প্ল্যান
- সময় সীমা: ৩ মাস
- যদি ৩ মাসের সময়কাল শেষ হয় এবং এখনও ম্যাচিং অবশিষ্ট থাকে, তবে নতুন প্ল্যান নবায়নের সময়ে এই অবশিষ্ট ম্যাচিং নতুন ম্যাচিং এর সাথে যুক্ত হবে।
- ইন্টারেস্ট প্রেরণ সীমা: ৯০ টি ইন্টারেস্ট
- একবার সদস্যরা ইন্টারেস্ট প্রেরণ সীমায় পৌছালে, তারা আর কোনো ইন্টারেস্ট প্রেরণ করতে পারবেন না, কিন্তু ১৫ টি ম্যাচ পূর্ণ হওয়া পর্যন্ত তারা অন্য সদস্যদের অনুরোধ গ্রহণ করতে পারবেন।
- ম্যাচিং সীমা: ১৫ টি ম্যাচ

- সদস্যরা সময়সীমা শেষ না হওয়া পর্যন্ত প্রোফাইল অনুসন্ধান করতে পারবেন।
- ম্যাচিং হওয়ার পরে, ব্যবহারকারীরা পূর্ণ প্রোফাইল অ্যাক্সেস করতে পারবেন।
- প্রোফাইল দৃশ্যমানতা:
- যদি কোন সদস্য গত ২০ দিন ধরে অ্যাপটি ব্যবহার না করে, তাহলে তাদের লাইভ স্ট্যাটাস স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে বন্ধ হয়ে যাবে। ফলে, তারা অন্যান্য ব্যবহারকারীদের কাছে অদৃশ্য হয়ে যাবেন।
- যদি কোন সদস্য সময়সীমা অতিক্রম করে, তাদের লাইভ স্ট্যাটাস স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে বন্ধ হয়ে যাবে। এটি পুনরায় চালু করতে তাদের অবশ্যই স্ট্যান্ডার্ড প্ল্যানে নবায়ন বা স্ট্যান্ডার্ড প্লাস প্ল্যানে আপগ্রেড করতে হবে।

- একবার সদস্যরা ইন্টারেস্ট প্রেরণ সীমায় পৌছালে, তারা আর কোনো ইন্টারেস্ট প্রেরণ করতে পারবেন না, কিন্তু ৩০ টি ম্যাচ পূর্ণ হওয়া পর্যন্ত তারা অন্য সদস্যদের অনুরোধ গ্রহণ করতে পারবেন।
- ম্যাচিং সীমা: ৩০ টি ম্যাচ
- যদি সদস্যরা সময় শেষ হয়ে যাওয়ার আগেই ম্যাচিং সীমা ৩০ টি ম্যাচ পূরণ করে, তাহলে তাদের আরো ইন্টারেস্ট প্রেরণ এবং গ্রহণ চালিয়ে যাওয়ার জন্য নতুন একটি পরিকল্পনা ক্রয় করতে হবে। এক্ষেত্রে পূর্বের পরিকল্পনা থেকে অব্যবহৃত সময় যুক্ত করা হবে না।

১৪. অধিকার
অ্যাপটি ব্যবহার করে আপনি সম্মত হন যে, যেকোনো বিতর্ক বাংলাদেশী আইনের অধীনে পরিচালিত হবে এবং এটি বাংলাদেশের অনুমোদিত আদালতের একমাত্র অধিক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য হবে।
এলাইন ম্যাট্রিমনি তে নিবন্ধিত হয়ে এবং অ্যাপ ব্যবহার করে আপনি এই শর্তাবলীর অধীনে আবদ্ধ হতে সম্মত হন। যদি আপনি এই চুক্তিতে সম্মত না হন, তবে দয়া করে নিবন্ধন করবেন না।
এই চুক্তি ইনফরমেশন টেকনোলজি আইন, ২০০৮ এর অধীন একটি ইলেকট্রনিক রেকর্ড এবং যেকোনো শারীরিক বা ডিজিটাল স্বাক্ষরের প্রয়োজন নেই।
